MAHAGAURI PROPERTIES LLP is currently operating out of a space at Survey No. 93/1 in Gram Guljhara. We are located right along the A.B. Road in the Dhamnod area of the Dhar district. The office is c/o Jagdish Chunnilal Rupale. It’s a bit of a rural setting compared to the big cities, but being on A.B. Road means we see a lot of traffic passing by. Our setup is very basic. We don't have a need for a fancy office with lots of glass and chrome. We just have a place where we can sit down and go through property records and maps. Working in Gram Guljhara means things move a bit slower than they might in a major metro area. We spend time talking to people from around the Dhar district about their land and property needs. It’s practical work that doesn't need a lot of marketing fluff. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the paperwork. The office can get a bit dusty because of the road, but that’s just how it is out here. We don't have any polished slogans or big promises. We just work on what is in front of us each day. MAHAGAURI PROPERTIES LLP is just a local firm trying to do business the right way in our corner of the world. It’s quiet, steady work for us out here on Survey No. 93/1.
