You can find us over at Plot No. 157 in Industrial Area III. It’s a large space because the kind of things we handle aren't exactly small. Even though the name Case New Holland Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a mouthful, the day-to-day reality here is just a lot of hard work and heavy lifting. The yard at Plot 157 is usually full of parts and big frames. We have a lot of people coming and going throughout the shift. Some days are louder than others, especially when the heavy machinery is being moved around the floor. Industrial Area III is a tough place but it suits what we do. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy receptionists. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, making sure everything is lined up right. The sun beats down on the metal roof during the afternoons, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things running. We deal with a lot of logistics, getting stuff in and out of the gates without hitting the gateposts. It’s honest work, and we’ve been at this location long enough that we know every corner of the plot. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we prefer being out where the action is. It’s a solid place to work if you don't mind getting your hands dirty and dealing with the noise.
