Our place is right on the Main Road at Vivekanand Marg. Dealing with stones and crushing is a loud and dusty business, there is no way around that. If you come by Agrawal Stone & Crushing Industry, you’ll see the machines working and the piles of gravel everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you wear your best clothes. We have been working this spot for a long time. The road out front is always busy, which is good for getting the trucks in and out. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, you’ll find us out near the equipment or sitting at the old wooden desk checking the weight tickets. We take the raw stone and break it down into whatever size is needed for the local construction jobs. It’s hard on the machinery, so we spend a lot of time fixing things that break. That’s just part of the job. We don’t do much advertising because most people just know we’re here on Vivekanand Marg. We try to be fair with everyone. If a load is going to be late because the crusher acted up, we just call and say so. People around here appreciate that kind of directness. It is a family-run type of thing, so we all pitch in where it's needed. It's a simple life, focused on the work right in front of us. We might get a bit dusty by noon, but the work gets done and that is what counts for us.
