You can find us over in Ganga Colony, right in Gali Number 1. We are pretty close to the Keshav Dharmshala on Dhar Road, which is how most people find their way to us. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it’s home for Aa Krispy Labs. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different recipes and ways to get things crunchy. It started out as just a small idea in a kitchen and now it’s our full-time job. We don’t have a massive team or a big glass building. It’s just a few of us working hard every day. Sometimes the neighbors come by to see what we are up to. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the traffic heading toward the main highway. We try to stay focused on what we are making. It’s not always easy running a one-person company, but we make it work. We’ve had to fix the equipment ourselves a few times when things broke down. That’s just part of the deal when you’re starting out in a place like this. We appreciate everyone who stops by. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy. We just want to make something people enjoy eating. Every day is a bit different here. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch. We hope to stay in this neighborhood for a long time. We’ve had some trouble with the local power grid lately, which can be a real pain when you’re trying to keep things crisp. But we just adapt and keep going. My younger brother helps out with deliveries.
