About Tirupati Refractories – Metals & Minerals in Dhanwar
If you head down near the railway station, you’ll find Tirupati Refractories. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the sound of the trains has become something we don't even notice anymore. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy to explain to people where we are. The yard is usually quite busy with bricks and bags of refractory cement being moved around. It’s a bit of a mess to be honest, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend a lot of time checking the stocks and making sure the materials are stored properly so they don't get damp. Working near the tracks means there’s always dust and soot, so nothing stays clean for long. We’ve got a few guys who have been with us for years, and we all just do what needs to be done. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sell ourselves too hard. People come to us when they need something specific for their furnaces or kilns. We just give them what they need and get on with our day. It’s a small, local business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily chores without any big complications.
