Jyoti Stone Industries

Jyoti Stone Industries is out at Zaveri Farm, right on the Po. Akrund, Taluka Road. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where we have the space we need for the stone work. The farm area is mostly quiet, except for when we have the machines running in the back. We’ve got a good amount of space to store materials, which helps a lot with our daily tasks. The road can get a bit bumpy depending on the season, but the trucks manage it okay. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules and meetings. Usually, it’s just a couple of us deciding what needs to happen for the day over a quick morning tea. We’ve been part of the Akrund community for a while, and we like the pace of life here. The air is a bit clearer than in the city, even with the dust from the stones we handle. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. Most of our customers just know to come find us on Taluka Road. We focus on the stone itself rather than how the office looks. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We keep our tools sharp and our records honest. If you’re ever passing through this part of the taluka, you’ll see our sign by the road. It’s a simple life, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
