Our business is based in Butal, which is in the Aravalli district. We are at the village and post office location, so we are right in the heart of the community. Being in a place like Butal means we know almost everyone around here. Arya Industries isn't a massive factory; it’s more of a local operation that has grown over the years. We deal with whatever the local market needs, mostly industrial parts or processing. The air is a bit cleaner out here than in the big cities, which we appreciate. Our workers mostly come from the nearby houses. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our orders come from people we’ve known for years. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. Sometimes when it rains heavily, the road to the post office gets a bit muddy, but we manage. We keep regular hours, starting early in the morning and finishing up by evening. There’s a sense of routine here that feels good. We don't try to be something we are not. We are just a local industry providing work and products for our area. It’s a simple way to make a living. The office is just a small room at the front with a table and some ledgers. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way, with a handshake and a conversation.
