Zone Classes

Zone Classes is situated on Katras Road in the Matkuria part of Kusunda. This is a busy area of Dhanbad, and we are right in the middle of it. We have a small space here where we hold our classes every day. It’s not a corporate office, just a local place where we work. We don't have a lot of staff, usually it’s just one or two of us handling everything from the lessons to the cleaning. The walls have some marks on them and the floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking in and out. We don't mind that, it shows the place is being used. We just provide a spot for students to come and focus on their subjects. Katras Road can get very loud with the traffic, so we have to speak up sometimes to be heard over the trucks. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple one so people know where we are located. Most of the families in Matkuria know us by now. We don't make big claims about what we do. We just sit down with the students and go through the chapters one by one. It’s a job for us, but we also care about the neighborhood we work in. We are just a small part of the life here.
