Down in Dhanbad, we are situated in Jay Prakash Nagar. You have to go down the second lane to find us. It’s a typical residential street, so it doesn't feel like a big business hub or anything. We share the lane with families and other small setups. Dhanbad can be quite dusty because of all the mining and activity nearby, so we spend a fair amount of time dusting off our desks. Dhanesh Sharma’s place is where we keep our office. It’s a solid building, and it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the Jharkhand pavement outside. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks filled with scribbles. Nothing is ever perfectly lined up on the shelves, but we know where everything is. If you come by in the afternoon, you might find us sitting outside on the steps for a bit of air. We don't really have a reception desk. You just kind of walk in and say hi to whoever is closest to the door. It’s a very informal way of working, but it has served us well so far. We prefer it this way rather than having a lot of rules and fancy protocols to follow. It’s just us doing our thing in Jay Prakash Nagar. It’s not perfect, but it is our way of getting through the work week without too much fuss.
