We set up Vastudeal.Com over at Raj Complex on Saraidhela Road. If you know where the Premson Honda Showroom is in Dhanbad, we’re just a short walk from there. It’s a busy part of town, so finding us isn't too hard. We handle a lot of property-related things from this office. It’s mostly desks and files in here, nothing too flashy. People come in to talk about land or houses they’re interested in. We try to give honest advice based on what we see in the market. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but that's just how the business goes. Saraidhela is growing fast, and we see new buildings going up every month. We’ve been in this area long enough to know the shortcuts and the quiet streets. It’s just a few of us working here, making sure the local listings are updated. We don't spend much on decorations because we're usually busy with clients or checking out sites. If the traffic on Saraidhela Road is bad, it might take a minute to park. We like being near the showroom since everyone knows that landmark. It’s a practical setup for what we do. No big corporate vibes here, just local guys helping out with property stuff.
