Til Limited,Bhubaneswar

Our office is tucked away in Bhulinagar, specifically in the E Block of Sector 3. It is funny because the name says Bhubaneswar but we are actually sitting here in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. This is Q. No. 602, which is a bit of a walk if you aren't used to the layout of the sectors here. Rakesh Kumar Singh is the one usually handling things on the ground. The area is pretty industrial and you can feel that energy as soon as you step outside. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the movement in the neighborhood. We have a small desk setup and a few chairs for when people drop by to talk. The weather here can be quite harsh, especially the dry heat in May. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized and making sure the files are where they should be. It is a very lived-in space, not like one of those glass buildings you see in the news. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit but we just wait it out and chat. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something happening on the street. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the place over the years. It isn’t anything fancy, just a solid place to work every morning. I usually walk home when it’s not too hot.
