We've been here in Durlaga for a while now. Most people know where the office is, right at the post office area in Jharsuguda district. It's a busy spot. We handle the electricity stuff for the local area. Sometimes it's a bit hectic with all the paperwork and people coming in with questions about their meters or bills. The heat in Orissa can be tough, especially in the summer months when everyone is using their fans. We try to keep things moving. Our team is small, mostly just locals who live around here. We spend a lot of our day dealing with the lines and making sure the power stays on when the storms hit. It isn't always easy, and the roads out here can be a mess after the rain. We just do the work that needs doing. If you walk past, you'll see us at the desks or heading out to a site. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. It's just a functional space where we get the job done. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really the priority. Most of us have been working together for years. We know the local families and the shops nearby. It's just a regular part of life in Jharsuguda. We're here every day, making sure the lights work.
