Suraj General Store

Suraj General Store is situated in the Hirapur Market area of Dhanbad. We are located near the Zila Parishad which means there are always people coming and going from the government offices. It's a busy part of town and the traffic can be a bit of a problem in the afternoons. I have been running this store for a while now. We sell a variety of things like stationery, snacks, and daily household supplies. The shop is a decent size but we have a lot of stuff packed in. I try to keep the shelves organized but sometimes it gets messy when we are busy. My son helps me out in the evenings after he finishes his studies. We don't have any fancy technology here, just a simple counter and a wooden cash box. I've lived in Dhanbad all my life so I know a lot of the people who stop by. It's a good community and people are generally very friendly. The shop is nothing fancy but it has everything that a person might need in a hurry. I usually sit on a small stool near the entrance so I can see everyone who walks past. Sometimes I have a chat with the other shopkeepers about how the market is doing. It's a steady life and I'm happy with how things are.
