Sunanda Store

Sunanda Store sits right in the middle of Purana Bazar in Dhanbad. If you know where the old railway station is, then we are pretty easy to find. It’s a crowded part of town, but that’s where all the action is. We have been in this spot for a long time. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the wind and the traffic outside, but we try to keep things organized. We sell a bit of everything that a household might run out of. Bread, milk, some packets of biscuits, and the usual cleaning supplies. It gets loud out on the street with the rickshaws and people rushing to the station, but inside it’s just us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use a torch to find things on the higher shelves. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know where every single item is kept. It’s not a supermarket, so don't expect wide aisles or shiny floors. It is just a local shop where you can grab what you need and have a quick chat. Dhanbad is a busy place, and Purana Bazar is even busier. We like being part of this neighborhood. People stop by on their way home or before catching a train. It’s a regular routine for us and our customers. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever walks in to say hello.
