Sri Balaji Medicall

Sri Balaji Medicall is right on the Main Road in Jharia, Dhanbad. We are located directly opposite the Canara Bank, so we are pretty easy to find if you are in the area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks and cars going by all the time. Our shop is usually packed with boxes of medicines and different healthcare items. We spend a lot of our time checking expiry dates and making sure we have what the local doctors usually prescribe. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to stock as much as possible. People from all over Jharia come here, especially since we are in such a central spot. Some people come in with a list of things they need, while others just want a single strip of tablets. We handle it all as it comes. The noise from the Main Road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working behind the counter. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific medicine in the back, which takes a minute. It’s a practical business. We don’t use flashy advertisements or anything. Most of our customers come back because they know we are here and we usually have what they need. Dealing with the heat in Dhanbad is the hardest part, but we keep the fans on high and keep working through the day.
