Shri Ram Group, Dhanbad

Our office is situated at 221 in the Shri Ram Plaza, right in the middle of Bank More. If you know Dhanbad, you know that Bank More is pretty much the heart of the city's trade. It is a noisy, lively place with plenty of shops and offices squeezed together. We operate from here, handling various bits of business that fall under our group. It isn't a huge corporate setup with glass walls and uniforms. It is more of a standard local office where we sit down and figure out the day's tasks. Usually, there is a lot of paper moving around and people coming in to discuss different projects. We like being in this building because it is central and everyone knows where the Plaza is. Dealing with the daily routine in Jharkhand means being prepared for anything, from power cuts to busy market days when the roads are blocked. We just take it as it comes. There is always something to do, whether it is checking on a site or meeting with a vendor. We have been in this spot for a good while now, so the neighbors and other shopkeepers are all familiar faces. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big corporate talk. We just stay here in Bank More and keep things moving. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the details are sorted out before the day ends.
