You can find us at Shop Number 16 in the Krishi Bazar area of Satyam Nagar. It is right in the middle of Kurmidih. The biggest landmark nearby is the State Bank of India ATM, which helps because people use it to find their way to us. Being in a Krishi Bazar means there is always a lot of movement. You see trucks coming in and people carrying bags or boxes all the time. Our shop is just one of many in the row. It gets quite loud during the peak hours of the market when everyone is shouting or moving stuff around. The space inside is mostly filled with our inventory. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just shelves and some floor space where we keep things. The floor is concrete and easy to sweep out at the end of the day. We spend a lot of time standing around the front, talking to people who pass by or looking out at the street. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just sit outside for a bit. It’s a very local way of working. Most of our neighbors in the other shops are friendly enough. We all know each other’s business. If you need a drink of water or some tea, there is usually someone around to help out. We just keep the shop open and see who comes in.
