Even though our name says Royal Construction, Jamnagar, Gujrat, this specific office is actually at Q.No-A/32 in Koyla Nagar, Dhanbad. It’s a bit of a distance from Gujarat, but this is where we are based for our work in the Jharkhand region. Koyla Nagar is a well-known area here, and being in a quarter like this makes us feel like part of the local community. We do a lot of work related to building and site management, so our boots are usually a bit dusty and there’s always a tape measure sitting on someone’s desk. We have a small crew here in Dhanbad that handles the local contracts and the day-to-day site visits. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a working office where we keep our tools and our site plans. We spend a lot of time out on the field, so sometimes the office is a bit quiet during the day. When we are all here, it’s usually to settle the accounts or plan for the next week of work. We’ve been operating like this for a while, moving between the different project sites. We just do the work that needs doing, whether it’s a small repair or a bigger structure. It’s a simple way of running things and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar.
