Our office is tucked away at Bungalow No. Fd-59 right here in Sindri. It’s part of the Projects & Development India Ltd setup in the Dhanbad district. It’s a bit of a different feel being in a bungalow rather than a tall office block, but it works for what we do. The Jharkhand sun can be pretty intense, but the trees around the area help out a bit. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time, and everyone in the neighborhood pretty much knows us. We handle a lot of the project details and development planning from these rooms. It’s not a high-speed corporate environment, more of a steady, reliable place where the staff actually knows each other's names. Sometimes the printer acts up or the mail is a bit late, but we manage. Being in Pin-828122 means we're right in the heart of the industrial belt, so there's always something going on nearby. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the daily tasks, looking over designs, and making sure the engineering stuff is handled correctly. If you walk past the gate, you might see a couple of us having tea or discussing a blueprint. It’s a straightforward way to work, and we like it that way. No need for anything complicated when you’ve got a good routine down and a quiet place to focus on the work.
