We are located at Plot No-404 in Vinayak Bhawan, right on Katras Road in the Bank More area. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now, focusing on infrastructure projects. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials get where they need to go. Our office is usually full of maps, blueprints, and empty tea cups. It’s not a very quiet place because there is always a phone ringing or someone coming in to discuss a site. We don't spend much on fancy furniture because we’d rather put that money into our equipment and site visits. The team is small but we’ve been together long enough to know how each other works without having to say much. Dealing with construction and planning in an area like Bank More keeps us on our toes. There are always new regulations or unexpected delays with weather, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the most famous firm out there. We just want to finish our projects so they stand up properly and serve their purpose. If you walk past Vinayak Bhawan, you’ll see our door. It’s a plain place where we do a lot of heavy thinking and planning every single day. We are just regular people trying to build stuff that lasts for the community.
