Overman

We are based in Nirsha, which is a small area near Dhanbad in Jharkhand. It is not a place you would find on many big maps, but it is where we do all our work. The air around here is often a bit heavy with dust because of the industrial activity in the region. Our office is a simple building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We have a few rooms with basic furniture. We do not have any corporate stuff or high-tech setups. It is just us and our tools. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a cycle to get here. The weather in Jharkhand can be quite extreme, so we have some very hot days where the fans just move the warm air around. We have grown used to it over the years. We do not have a big staff, so everyone knows everyone else. We eat our lunch together and talk about regular things. Sometimes the power goes out for a couple of hours and we just sit outside in the shade. It is a slow-paced life compared to the big cities, but we stay busy with what we have to do. We have been part of the Nirsha community for a long time now. People know us and we know them. It is an honest living in a tough part of the country. We do not need anything fancy to get the job finished every day. We just focus on the work at hand and get on with it.
