New Shakti Medical is located on Jharia Road in Jealgora, Dhanbad. The pin code is 828110. A good way to find us is to look for the Axis ATM; we are very close to that. Being on Jharia Road means there are always trucks and cars passing by, making a lot of noise. It’s a dusty road, and we have to wipe down the medicine bottles pretty often to keep them looking okay. The shop is small but we pack a lot into it. There are shelves from the floor to the ceiling. It’s just a regular medical store. We don’t have fancy lighting or anything like that. Usually, there’s a bit of a breeze coming through the front door, which is nice when it’s hot. People stop by on their way to other places since we are right on the main road. The ATM nearby brings people around, so there’s always someone walking past. We’ve been in Jealgora for a while and know most of the people who live nearby. It’s a simple job, really. We open up, wait for folks to come in with their prescriptions, and help them find what they need. It gets busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We just do our thing and try to keep things organized on the shelves. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life here in Dhanbad and we are used to the pace.
