We are based out of Sri Ram Plaza in Dhanbad. If you know the Bank More area, then you know it gets incredibly busy. There’s always people moving around and cars everywhere. It’s the heart of the town, really. Our space in the plaza is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a typical office setup—nothing that would stand out in a magazine. Just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. We’ve been here long enough that we’ve seen the plaza change as new shops come and go. People stop in because they know where to find us. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It's mostly just sitting down and sorting through whatever tasks are on the list for the day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street outside, but that’s just Bank More for you. We just keep our heads down and work. The 826001 pincode is pretty much home to us now. We take breaks when we can, maybe grab a snack from one of the vendors nearby. It's a very local way of doing things. We don't have any big speeches or corporate slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home when it’s done. It’s practical and it works for us and the people who come to see us. Sri Ram Plaza is a landmark most people in Dhanbad recognize anyway. It is just a normal, everyday office.
