Down here in Dhanbad, specifically at the Kandra Ib area in Govindpur, things move at their own pace. Anil Kumar Jha is the one handling the finance and accounts for this PIU unit. The building isn't anything special, just a functional space where we can sit and do the accounting work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just life in this part of the country. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just write what’s happening. It’s a lot of ledgers, receipts, and coordination with the main office. We try to stay organized so that the construction crews don’t have to worry about the financial side of things while they are out working. It is a long day sometimes, but it’s the job we have.
