Mazco Sepam

Our place is out here in Jharkhand. It’s a bit of a spread-out area, and we’re just one of those local setups trying to keep things running under the name Mazco Sepam. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come with being in this part of India. Jharkhand can be quite rugged and the weather changes a lot, which sometimes makes the outdoor work a bit interesting. We don’t have a massive office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a simple building with a few rooms where we keep our equipment and documents. Most of the guys here are local, so we all know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick meal during the lunch break. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are here. It’s a lot of practical work, getting our hands dirty and making sure the jobs get finished. The office can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve got some old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. Every day is pretty much the same routine, checking in on things and making sure the supplies are ready. It’s a quiet way of working, without any big fuss or noise. We just show up and do what needs doing until the day is over.
