Lmj Logistics is based in the Dhanbad area of Jharkhand, specifically at Gopinarth Pur Colliery in Nirsha. Amit Kumar Mandal is the one managing things here. Working near a colliery means there is a lot of dust and heavy machinery around all the time. It is a rugged place, and our business reflects that. We handle logistics, which in this part of the world usually means dealing with heavy loads and tough terrain. The roads can be rough, but that’s just part of the job when you’re in a mining district. Our setup is simple and functional because we don’t need anything more than a place to organize the transport and keep the documents straight. Nirsha is a hardworking town, and we fit right in with that spirit. There’s a lot of noise from the mining activities nearby, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't here to impress anyone with a polished image. We are just here to make sure the logistics side of the operation runs as smoothly as possible under the circumstances. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things moving in a place like this. We spend most of our time on the phone or out near the vehicles. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We do what needs to be done every day and don't spend much time worrying about anything else. It is tough work but satisfying.
