Kumar General Store

Kumar General Store is right on Station Road in the Rangatand area of Dhanbad. Our address is 826001. Being on Station Road means it is always noisy. You can hear the trains blowing their whistles and the constant sound of rickshaws and people rushing to catch their rides. It is a very hectic place to have a shop, but we have gotten used to it. The store is just a small room with shelves from the floor to the ceiling. We try to keep everything organized, but it is hard when things move so fast. People coming from the station are usually in a hurry, so they want things quickly. We don't have time for fancy talk or anything corporate. We just give people what they ask for and they go on their way. The dust in Dhanbad is always there, so we have to clean the glass counters every single day. Kumar General Store is just a family-run thing. We have been in this spot for a long time, watching the station change and the city grow around us. Sometimes we sit outside on a plastic chair during the slow hours in the afternoon. It is just a normal life here on Station Road. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If you need something, you just come to Rangatand and look for us. We are always here from morning till late evening.
