Kriti Pharma

Kriti Pharma is based in the Vikas Nagar area, specifically near Kusum Vihar in Jagjiwan Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so we mostly deal with the people who live nearby. The shop is on a relatively quiet street compared to the main roads. We spend our days managing the inventory and making sure the storage stays cool. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still written down in big notebooks. It feels more reliable that way. The shelves are made of wood and have seen better days, but they hold the medicine just fine. We have a small bench outside where people sometimes sit and talk while waiting. In the afternoons, when it’s really hot, the shop stays fairly cool because of the way the building is tucked in. We focus on having the stuff that families need every day. There’s no big marketing plan or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and wait for the customers to come in. Sometimes we have to go out and find specific things for people if we don't have them in stock. It’s a simple way to make a living and we like being in this part of Jagjiwan Nagar. The people are friendly and they know we’re here if they need us. We keep things honest and just do our daily work.
