Kribhco

Our office is located at 16, Shanti Bhawan, in the Bank More area. We are part of Kribhco. It’s a busy office because we deal with a lot of agricultural stuff every day. People from the local areas are always coming in and out to talk to us. Shanti Bhawan is a well-known building around here, so it’s easy for folks to find us. We aren't into anything flashy or modern. The office is full of files, posters about farming, and people working on old-fashioned ledgers. Bank More is a central spot, so there’s always something happening outside on the streets. We work with farmers and cooperatives to help them get what they need for their crops. It’s important work, but we don't make a big fuss or shout about it. We just sit at our desks and get through the paperwork as it comes. Most of the staff here have a lot of experience and have been with the organization for a long time. We drink tea, talk about the weather and the seasons, and make sure the supplies are moving where they should go. It feels like a very traditional kind of workplace. We don't have modern open-plan offices or glass walls. It’s just separate rooms and old wooden desks. We like it that way because it’s comfortable and familiar. At 16, Shanti Bhawan, we just focus on the daily tasks that need to be finished. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the job.
