Kartik Ice Cream

You can find Kartik Ice Cream over at Plot No- 68 in Lohardih village. We are right near the Wine Chowk in Kapsethi, which is a place most locals are familiar with. It’s a simple village shop where we keep several freezers full of ice cream. We don't have a fancy storefront, just a basic building that keeps the sun out. The area around Wine Chowk can get quite busy in the evenings when people are finished with their work. We get all kinds of customers, from farm workers to school kids. They all want something cold and sweet. We try to keep the prices fair so everyone can afford a treat. It's a lot of work to keep the shop running, especially since we have to manage the stock carefully. We don't have a big team, so we do everything ourselves, from cleaning to serving. Sometimes the electricity is a bit unreliable in Lohardih, but we have a generator to keep the freezers going. We don't want the ice cream to get soft. We’ve been here for a while and have become a part of the daily life of the village. It’s nice when people stop by just to say hello while they are picking up their favorite flavor. We don't do any big advertising; people just know where we are. It’s a small, honest business and we are happy to serve our neighbors here in Kapsethi.
