You can find our office right on G.T. Road at the Barwadda More. If you know the Dhanbad area, you know how busy this junction gets. There are trucks and cars moving through here at all hours of the day and night. We have been at this specific spot for a long time. It is often a bit dusty and very loud because of all the highway traffic, but for a transport business, it is actually the best place to be. We have a small office where we track the loads and talk to the drivers when they pull in. The tea stall right nearby is where we spend a lot of our time while we wait for the paperwork to clear. It is a lot of phone calls and checking various schedules. Sometimes the bad weather makes the roads messy, and things get delayed for a day or two. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning and fancy glass walls. It is just a couple of desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paper logbooks. People stop by to ask about our rates or to see where their stuff is currently located. We try to be honest about the timing of the deliveries. Road work can be a real pain near Barwadda, so we always have to plan around that. It is a family-run thing, mostly. My brother helps out with the accounts, and I handle the logistics. We grew up here, so we know the routes.
