We are located near Bank Colony in the Manaitand area of Dhanbad. It is pretty easy to find if you are familiar with the landmarks around here. The road outside can get a bit dusty because of all the trucks and vehicles moving through this part of Jharkhand. Our building is not anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done. We have a small team here, and most of us have lived in Dhanbad for years. We open up early enough to beat the main heat of the day. The interior is simple, with just the desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We get a lot of locals coming in, and the conversation is usually about the weather or how busy the market is. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but we have a backup to keep the computers running so we do not fall behind. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks. It is a steady pace of work here. We do not have many of those high-tech gadgets you see in the big city offices, but we get the job done just fine. People know where to find us if they need anything. It is just a regular part of the neighborhood where we try to stay organized and help out whoever walks through the door during the day. It gets a little noisy in the evenings, but it is okay.
