Hindusthan Malleables & Forgings Ltd.

Our works are based in Jalan Nagar, specifically in the Po Bhuli area. It’s been our home for a very long time now. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s a place where people work hard and don’t complain much. We deal with malleables and forgings, which basically means we spend our time with heavy metal and high heat. The shop floor is loud, there is no getting around that. You can hear the hammers and the machines from down the road. We aren't a big, shiny corporation with a lobby full of plants. Our office is functional and maybe a bit dusty from the work we do. The people here know their trade well. We have guys who can tell if a forging is right just by the sound of it. It is a specialized kind of work that takes years to really learn. We stay focused on the forging process and making sure the pieces we send out are what they’re supposed to be. Life in Jalan Nagar moves at its own pace, and we fit right in. We show up early, get the furnaces going, and stay until the day’s work is finished. It’s a simple life centered around the forge. We don't need any big titles or fancy labels to describe what we do. We just make things out of metal and try to do it right every time. It is tough work, but someone has to do it for things to get built.
