Griha Design

We are tucked away on the first floor of the Union Club Market. It is right across from the Mada office, or the Nagar Nigam building as most people call it. Hirapur is a pretty active part of Dhanbad and we like the location. We spend our days here working on designs for houses and different types of spaces. It is a bit of a traditional market vibe around us, which is nice. We do not have a corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we draw and plan. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside on L C Road but we do not really mind it. People usually find us through word of mouth. We do not do much advertising because we stay busy with the projects we already have on our plates. We just try to make sure every design is solid and makes sense for whoever is going to live there. It is a lot of back and forth with clients. We listen to what they want and then see if we can actually make it happen. Sometimes we have to tell people their ideas might not work, but we try to find a middle ground. Designing isn't always pretty; it is a lot of measuring and fixing mistakes before they happen on the construction site. It keeps us on our toes.
