Ganesh Bhandar

Ganesh Bhandar is located right here in D.S Colony, which is part of Chiragora in the Hirapur area of Dhanbad. We have been at this 826001 address for quite some time now. It is a straightforward shop where we keep the essentials that the local families need. Being in Hirapur, we see a lot of the same people every day, which is nice. We are not a big supermarket or anything like that. We are just a local bhandar trying to keep the supplies moving. We spend a lot of our time checking our stock and talking to the people who walk in from the neighborhood. It is a bit of a small space, so we have to be careful about how we stack things on the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we manage. We handle things like grains, soaps, and other daily necessities. There is no corporate office or anything, just us working behind the counter. We like being in Chiragora because it feels like home. The daily routine is pretty much the same every day, but that is fine with us. We just want to make sure the people in D.S Colony have a place nearby to get their groceries. We do not use any complicated systems, just a notebook and some patience. It is a simple life running a shop in this part of Dhanbad and we enjoy it.
