If you find yourself in the Naya Bazar area of Dhanbad, you’ll probably see the Hazi Building standing there. We are up on the first floor. It is a typical busy market neighborhood, so there is always the sound of people talking and rickshaws honking down below. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it has been our base for a while now. We don’t go in for anything too decorative in the office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. Being in the heart of the bazaar means things can get a little chaotic during the peak hours, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We spend our time managing the daily operations of the group, which usually involves a lot of phone conversations and paperwork. It isn't a quiet library type of atmosphere; it’s more of a place where things are actually happening. We take our lunch breaks when we can, often just getting something quick from one of the vendors nearby. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy focusing on the work to worry about that. It’s just a standard office in a very busy part of town, and that suits us fine for getting things done without any extra fluff or corporate pretense.
