The workspace isn't anything special to look at, just a place with tools and equipment and a lot of dust from the work we do. We've been part of the Maithon area for some time now. People around here know where we are. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions of us. It’s just the guys in the shop and a bit of office work on the side. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a lot of engineering work to get through. We just take it as it comes. The air in Jharkhand has that specific feel to it, and we are used to the weather here. We don't use any big corporate language because that’s not who we are. We are just Durga Engg. Works, a practical business with practical people. We focus on the machines and the metal and making sure things are done right. It’s hard work and our hands get dirty, but that is the nature of the job. We close up when the sun goes down and head home like everyone else in town. It is a simple life and it keeps us busy enough.
