Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd

Down here in Village-Kapasara, things move at their own pace. We are Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd, but we operate out of K.P. Laik’s place—he’s an advocate around here. It’s a bit of a trek to get to us in the Chirkunda area of Dhanbad. We handle the mail and the boxes that people need to send out or get delivered. It’s not a big city operation. We see the same faces every day. The office is simple. We have the Pin 828202 and that’s where the mail comes. Sometimes the roads aren't great, so deliveries can take a bit longer than people want. We do what we can. Jharkhand weather is tough in the summer, and the dust from the mines sometimes gets into everything. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Just the scales, the stickers, and the ledgers. People come by to drop off parcels for their families far away. It feels like a community thing more than a big business. We talk to people, we help them pack their stuff if they don't know how to do it right. It’s practical work. We’re just here in the village, making sure the cargo gets where it’s going eventually. It’s a lot of waiting for the trucks and then a lot of rushing once they finally arrive. That’s just the way it goes here in Kapasara.
