Dhanbad is a busy place, and the area around 826001 is always crowded with traffic and people moving around. We started this company to focus on the agricultural sector in this part of Jharkhand. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of data, research, and paperwork involved in what we do. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us in a standard office setting. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just show up and get to work. Sometimes the elevator in Urmila Tower is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't use big marketing slogans because we don't really need them.
