Balaji Mall-Sahara Q Shop

People usually find us easily because we are right near the BDO office here in Chiragora. It’s a busy spot on Samshan Road, so there is always some noise or someone walking past the front door. We started this place because people in Dhanbad needed a spot to pick up their daily things without going too far. Every morning, we unlock the gate and start moving boxes around. The shelves are filled with all sorts of things people ask for, from kitchen stuff to packets of snacks and cleaning supplies. Sometimes the dust gets in from the road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. It isn’t a fancy building, just a regular shop where we try to keep the stock full. People from around the neighborhood stop by, some just to say hello while they’re out doing errands. It can get a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is finishing work and heading home. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything is where it should be. The floors are plain, the lights are okay, and we just focus on getting through the day’s list of chores. It’s been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this part of town. We just keep things moving, making sure the shelves don’t stay empty for too long, no matter how tired we are at the end of the day.
