B K Banka & Associates

Our office is located in Urmila Tower, which is on Bank More Road in Dhanbad. We are right in front of the Skylark, so we are pretty easy to spot if you are walking or driving in the area. B K Banka and the rest of us work out of this LG 22 unit. It’s a basement level spot, so it stays a bit cooler during those really hot Dhanbad summers. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just come down the stairs and walk in. Most of our day is spent dealing with local businesses and their accounts. It’s a lot of data entry and checking figures over and over again to make sure nothing is wrong. We don't have a massive team, just a few dedicated people who know their way around a balance sheet. The office can get a bit noisy because of all the traffic on Bank More Road, but we don't mind it much. We’ve got our daily routine down. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork as it comes in. We don't go in for all that corporate talk. We just speak plainly with anyone who walks in. It’s about doing the work correctly and making sure we don't miss any details. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shop owners in the tower know us by name.
