We are based over on Raj Hospital Road in Jharia. Specifically, we're in the Murari Agarwal area. If you know Dhanbad, you probably know how busy this stretch can get with the hospital traffic and everyone moving around. Anjali Agarwal and the rest of us work out of a small space here. It’s not a big office, just enough room for what we need to get done. The dust from the road sometimes comes in if we leave the windows open too long, so we try to keep things shut. It's a practical spot to be in. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork that piles up on the desks. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and the stuff we need for work. It's an honest place. We show up early and stay until the work is finished. People from around Jharia stop in quite often. The street outside is always noisy, which is just how things are in this part of Dhanbad. We've got our routine down and we just stick to it. It’s a bit cramped when more than a few people are in at once, but we make it work. Most days are just about checking records and making sure everything is in order. We don’t go in for anything flashy. It's just us doing our jobs and keeping track of the files. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks in.
