Anand Store

Anand Store is located on Sastri Nagar Road in Dhanbad. This part of town is usually busy with people going about their business. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good number of years now. It’s a straightforward shop where we keep the essentials. We don’t have any fancy decorations or big lights. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on keeping the items people want in stock. Most of the people who come here are our neighbors from around Sastri Nagar. They stop by on their way home to pick up a few things for dinner or the house. We don't follow any corporate rules; we just run the place the way we know how. If someone needs something we don't have, we try to get it for them the next time the distributor comes around. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, except when school lets out and the kids come by. We spend our days counting inventory and talking to whoever walks in. There’s no big goal other than keeping the shop running and being useful to the people nearby. Dhanbad can be a dusty place, so cleaning is a daily chore for us. We just take things one day at a time here on Sastri Nagar Road. It’s a simple life, and we are quite content with the way things are going.
