Even though the name says Bangalore, we are actually located in Dhanbad, right in the Mig B/76 Housing Colony. It’s a quiet residential area, which is a big change from the busy city center. The office is part of the housing colony, so it feels very integrated with the local community. There aren't many big signs or anything, just a simple door that lets you into our workspace. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We’ve got bookshelves filled with old manuals and folders that have been around for years. The air in Dhanbad can get a bit dusty because of all the mines nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. It’s a very laid-back atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or anything like that; usually, it’s just casual clothes while we work through our management and consulting tasks. Sometimes we step outside for a break and chat with the neighbors who are out for a walk. It’s a slow pace of life here compared to the big metros, but we get plenty of work done. We handle our accounts and talk to people over the phone or through email. It’s a modest setup, but it works for us. We’ve been in this colony for quite a while now and everyone knows the Ajax office is just around the corner, even if the name on the door mentions a different city.
