Our office is located at 1A, Nagendra Tower, right in Veer Kunwar Singh Nagar over in the Karmik Nagar area of Saraidhela. If you know Dhanbad well, you’ll find us easily since we are just opposite the CMD BCCL Bungalow. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a bit now. AG Architects isn't some massive corporation with glass walls and hundred-person boardrooms. We are just a local team working out of this tower. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints, arguing over site plans, and making sure the measurements actually make sense once we get to the construction phase. The office gets a lot of dust from the road outside, but that’s just part of being in this area. We handle various building designs and renovations around Dhanbad and nearby spots. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are at our desks, which is usually how this job goes. It can get pretty loud around here with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we liked building things, and that’s still what we do every day. There’s no fancy jargon used here, just straight talk about what can be built and what can’t. If someone stops by, they’ll probably see us buried under a pile of papers and tracing film. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we don't mind it.
