A.D Medical Agency is located on the Main Road in Jharia. Being near the bus stand means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the buses coming and going. It’s a very busy part of Dhanbad, and honestly, it can get a bit overwhelming with the traffic. We’ve been here for a long time, right in the thick of things. The shop is filled with boxes and shelves of medicine and supplies. It’s not the most organized-looking place if you’re used to those big modern pharmacies in the city, but we know where everything is. The counter is usually crowded with people who just got off a bus or live nearby in Jharia. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lighting. It’s a practical space. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on the main road, but that’s just life here. We see a lot of different faces every day. People stop in while they wait for their ride. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It’s just a small business trying to keep up with what people need. There are no fancy uniforms here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy, and it’s always moving. That’s just how it is at the agency. There is no point in pretending it is a quiet spot.
