We run things out of House No. 112 in Ward 11. It is right by Atal Chowk in the Bazar Para area of Marod. If you are from Dhamtari, you probably know the spot. We focus on home tuition. Basically, we help connect students with teachers who can come to their house. It is better for some kids to learn at home where it is quiet. Our office is just a part of the house really. It is a very local thing. We know the teachers and we know the families. It is not some big online platform with fancy apps. We use our phones and a lot of paper lists. Sometimes the rain makes it hard for people to get around, but we keep things moving. We started because finding a good tutor used to be just about asking around, and we wanted to make it a bit more organized. It is simple work but it helps the kids get through their exams. We do not have a big sign outside, just the house number. Most people just call us or stop by after they have been to the market. It is a busy neighborhood but we like it that way.
