Pratima Verietic

Pratima Verietic is based out in Halahali, right on Katalutma Road. We are near the U.V.I. Bank, which makes it easier for people to find us in the village. It’s a quiet area for the most part, though the road gets some traffic during the day. We’ve been here in the Dhalai district for quite a long time now. This is a small village operation, nothing like what you’d see in the big cities. We handle a bit of everything here, hence why we have a name like that. It’s not always organized perfectly, and there are days when the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. That’s just life in a place like this. We know almost everyone who walks through the door. Usually, we're just catching up on local news while we work. The building itself is very simple. We don't have air conditioning or fancy furniture. It’s just a place where we get things done. Being close to the post office and the bank means we see a lot of the same faces every week. We don't spend money on advertising because everyone already knows we are here. It’s a steady pace of life. We like being part of Halahali and serving the folks who live around the Katalutma Road area. It’s not a complicated business, just a local one.
