Hadeeka Manuf. & Trading Co. Ltd.

Our company is Hadeeka Manuf. & Trading Co. Ltd. and we operate out of Dhaka. Being in a city like this means things are always moving fast and it can get pretty chaotic at times. We do a bit of everything here, from manufacturing certain goods to trading others across the region. Our workspace is usually piled high with samples and shipping documents. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is when we need it. We have a small team of people who have been working together for a long while now. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get to work. The traffic in Dhaka is a real problem sometimes, and it can make our deliveries take a lot longer than we planned. We have learned to just deal with it and stay patient. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just try to find good products and get them to the people who want them. It is a straightforward business model and it has served us well so far. Some days are stressful when there are a lot of orders to fill, but we manage to get through it. We are just a regular part of the city’s trade, doing our bit every single day.
