Surya Automotive & Plastics

Surya Automotive & Plastics is based out of Plot 136 in Industrial Area Number 2 over in Dewas. It’s a rugged part of town, mostly just factories and warehouses. We work with plastics and parts for the automotive industry. It’s hot work, especially when the molds are running. The smell of melting plastic is something you never really forget once you’ve spent a few years here. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. Some days are just about cleaning the machines and making sure nothing is clogged up. Other days, we’re running full tilt to finish a batch of parts. The floors are concrete and they’ve seen better days, with plenty of scuffs and old stains. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want the parts to come out the right shape and size. Sometimes a machine breaks down right when we need it most, and we spend half the night with a wrench trying to get it back online. That’s just the way it goes in manufacturing. We eat our lunch together in the small break area and talk about whatever is going on in Dewas. It’s not a complicated life. We show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s been our way of doing things at 136 Industrial Area for quite a while now. We keep the machines hot and the bins full of parts, just like we always have.
